Defender’s practice began in 2007, and Defender Safety Services Ltd. was incorporated in 2023. The partner-led practice focuses on helping leaders understand requirements, assign work, maintain evidence, and keep open actions visible.

Calgary and Alberta are the current growth markets. Existing Newfoundland and Atlantic clients continue to receive established training-record support.
