How it works

Start with Charlene, then work from a written scope.

The path is simple: a 30-minute discovery call, a proposal that states exactly what Defender will deliver, and a 90-day Desk ramp after approval.

Starting the work

Discovery, proposal, then delivery.

No staffing, training, or advisory capacity is assumed until the written proposal confirms it.

01

30-minute discovery

Meet with Charlene to explain the operation, current program, deadlines, and decision you need to make.

02

Written scope and proposal

Defender documents the responsibilities, time commitment, deliverables, schedule, fees, and any capacity that must be sourced.

03

90-day Desk ramp

After approval, the named advisor reviews the program, updates the working systems, reports progress, and recommends what should continue.

90-day Desk implementation

Review the program, update the systems, and decide what continues.

01Days 1–30

Review and organize

Review the current program, confirm responsibilities, organize documents and platforms, build the compliance calendar, and report the starting position.

02Days 31–60

Update systems and records

Update training records, meetings, inspections, and corrective actions, then place recurring work on a practical schedule.

03Days 61–90

Report and decide what continues

Provide the monthly leadership report, confirm open actions, and decide the ongoing Desk scope. Add Field, Learn, or advisory work only when it is defined and available.

Ongoing delivery

Keep the agreed Desk work visible.

At day 90, leadership can continue, adjust, or conclude the Desk scope based on the report, open actions, and operating need.
